alKursi

Ayat al-Kursi, also known as The Throne Verse, is verse 255 of Surah Al-Baqarah in the Qur’an. The verse is renowned in Islamic tradition for its concise articulation of God’s oneness, sovereignty, and omniscience. In Arabic, it affirms that Allah is the only deity, the Ever-Living, the Sustainer of all existence; neither slumber nor sleep overtakes Him. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and on earth; no one can intercede except by His permission. He knows what is before them and what will be after them, and they encompass nothing of His knowledge except what He wills. His throne (Kursi) extends over the heavens and the earth, and guarding them does not burden Him. He is the Most High, the Most Great.

In Islamic practice, Ayat al-Kursi is highly regarded for its theological depth and is commonly memorized and
