ZdttoInstant

ZdttoInstant is a data format used for representing time with nanosecond precision. It is part of the Java Time API, introduced in Java 8. It is fundamentally represented as a number of seconds and a number of nanoseconds since the Unix epoch, which is January 1, 1970, at 00:00:00 Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).
