Yulgok
Yulgok refers to Yi I, a prominent Korean Neo-Confucian scholar and philosopher of the Joseon Dynasty. Born in 1536, he is widely regarded as one of the two most important Korean Confucian scholars, alongside Yi Hwang. Yulgok's intellectual contributions were extensive, covering metaphysics, ethics, and practical governance.
