Yapen
Yapen is an island located in the Cenderawasih Bay off the coast of western New Guinea, in the Indonesian province of Papua. It is the largest island within the Yapen Islands archipelago and is situated between the larger islands of New Guinea and Biak. The island has a length of approximately 90 kilometers and a width of up to 30 kilometers. Its terrain is characterized by a central mountain range that runs along its length, with lower-lying coastal areas.
