Warnemünde
Warnemünde is a coastal locality of the city of Rostock in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Germany. It lies at the mouth of the Warnow River on the Baltic Sea, northeast of Rostock's city center. The village originated as a fishing and trading harbor and remained an independent town until its incorporation into Rostock in 1934. Today Warnemünde is known as a seaside resort and as a working port area.
