The WHO5WellBeingIndex is a short, self-report questionnaire designed to measure a person's psychological well-being. It consists of five simple questions that ask about the frequency of positive feelings experienced over the past two weeks. The questions cover topics such as feeling cheerful and in good spirits, feeling calm and relaxed, and feeling active and energetic. Respondents rate their experience on a scale from 0 (at no time) to 5 (all of the time).
