WALLE

WALL-E, stylized as WALL·E, is a fictional robot from Pixar Animation Studios' 2008 animated science fiction film WALL-E. The name stands for Waste Allocation Load Lifter Earth-Class. The character was created for the film, directed by Andrew Stanton, and voiced by Ben Burtt. The setting is a distant future Earth in which humans have abandoned the planet after centuries of unchecked waste; WALL-E is the last functioning waste-collecting robot left to clean up the mess.

Over centuries he compacts garbage and forms a personality through interactions with discarded objects. His routine changes when he encounters EVE, an advanced probe robot sent to search for signs of sustainable life. The two form an unlikely relationship and, after a series of events, venture into space aboard the starliner Axiom to help humanity return to Earth.
