Végtagmozgások

Végtagmozgások refers to the movements of the limbs in the human body. These include movements of the arms, legs, hands, and feet. The complexity of these movements is enabled by the intricate structure of the musculoskeletal system, involving bones, muscles, joints, and nerves.

Primary types of limb movements include flexion and extension, which decrease or increase the angle between bones at a joint, respectively. Abduction and adduction describe movements away from or towards the midline of the body. Rotation involves turning a limb around its axis, either internally (medial) or externally (lateral). Circumduction is a circular movement of a limb, combining flexion, extension, abduction, and adduction.

Movements of the hands and feet involve more specialized actions like pronation and supination (turning the palm or sole downwards or upwards), inversion and eversion (turning the sole inwards or outwards), and various types of grip and manipulation.
