Virusmosquitoes is not a recognized scientific term. It is likely a misunderstanding or misremembering of how viruses are transmitted by mosquitoes. Mosquitoes themselves are not viruses, but rather vectors for various viruses that can cause diseases in humans and animals.

Mosquitoes transmit viruses through their bites. When an infected mosquito feeds on a host, it can ingest the virus along with the blood. If that mosquito then bites another host, it can inject the virus into the new host's bloodstream, thereby transmitting the infection. This process is known as biological transmission.

Numerous viruses are spread by mosquitoes, leading to significant public health concerns worldwide. Some of the most well-known mosquito-borne viruses include Dengue virus, Zika virus, West Nile virus, Chikungunya virus, and Yellow Fever virus. The specific viruses a mosquito species can transmit depend on the mosquito's biology and the geographical distribution of the virus.

Efforts to control mosquito-borne diseases primarily focus on mosquito control and personal protection. Mosquito control measures include eliminating breeding sites, using insecticides, and deploying traps. Personal protection involves using insect repellent, wearing protective clothing, and sleeping under mosquito nets, especially in areas where mosquito-borne illnesses are prevalent. Research into vaccines and antiviral treatments for these diseases is ongoing.
