Viennan

Viennan is a fictional city in the northern part of the continent of Valoria. It is the administrative capital of Nordmark Province and sits at the confluence of the Glint and Alder rivers, in a basin surrounded by low hills. The city has a temperate climate with moderate rainfall and four distinct seasons.

Its origins lie in a medieval trading settlement established around the 10th century. It grew as a regional market and later as a manufacturing and logistics hub after the northern industrial expansion in the 19th century. In the late 20th century, Viennan broadened its economy toward services, education, and research.

Governance is by a mayor-council system within the Nordmark provincial framework. The city hosts a diversified economy with logistics, light manufacturing, and technology services as major sectors. It is home to the regional headquarters of several firms and a university campus.
