VfIf

VfIf, also known as the forward voltage of the intrinsic diode in a bipolar junction transistor (BJT), is a parameter used primarily in semiconductor device modeling and analysis. It refers to the voltage drop across the intrinsic diode that exists between the base and the emitter regions of a BJT when the transistor is in the forward-active region.
