Verklagaöverklaga is a Swedish legal term that describes the process of appealing a court's decision. The term is a compound word, combining "verklaga" which means to take legal action or sue, and "överklaga" which means to appeal. Essentially, it refers to the legal steps taken after an initial judgment has been made in a court of law.
