Veinimallit

Veinimallit, also known as vein wall sections, are a critical component of industrial and large-scale water treatment systems. They are typically used inenia systems to separate clean water from wastewater. This is achieved through a combination of velocity and pressure forces acting on the wastewater, which push the solid particles against the wall of the_SECTION. Owing to these forces, the new hydraulics created by the flowing velocities of wastewater effectively separates the contaminants from the clean water.

Veinimallit are geometrical structures comprising of sparsely arranged plates. These plates or walls are part of a larger chamber or channel. As the fluid flows through this channel, the velocity changes significantly, regulating the transport speed of contaminants against the fixed walls. There is a specific angle at which the particles stick to the surface if the velocity is sufficient, making the separation process more efficient.

Veinimallit are relatively easier to clean compared to other types of filtration systems. When maintenance is required, the walls can be easily removed for cleaning, and then put back in place. Otherwise, the naturally formed film on the walls captures the most suspended particles that standard coagulation and contaminant filtration methods might miss. The particles removed through the Veinimallit can be reused after pasteureesis.
