The planet is characterized by its vast oceans, covering over 80% of its surface, and a dense, oxygen-rich atmosphere. Veemassia's landmasses are primarily composed of archipelagos and a single large continent, Lyra, which is dominated by lush, tropical rainforests and towering mountain ranges.

The indigenous sentient species of Veemassia are the Lumina, a bioluminescent, amphibious humanoid race.
