Varselperiode
Varselperiode, often translated as notice period or termination period, refers to the length of time an employee must work for an employer after they have resigned or been given notice of termination, or vice versa. This period is typically defined by employment contracts, collective bargaining agreements, or statutory law, depending on the jurisdiction.
The purpose of a varselperiode is to provide a buffer for both the employee and the employer.
The duration of a varselperiode can vary significantly. It may be a fixed period, such as one
