Valnoria is a fictional sovereign nation in the world of Eldara. It is bordered by the Silver Sea to the west, the Kirin Mountains to the south, and a network of inland river basins to the north and east. The terrain encompasses fertile plains, rolling hills, and forested highlands, with Solmere as its capital and largest city, situated along the Sol River.

The modern Valnorian state developed from the consolidation of neighboring principalities in the late medieval period and advanced to a constitutional republic after reform movements in the 19th century. The government features a bicameral legislature, a president as head of state, and a prime minister as head of government. The judiciary is independent, and local governments exercise considerable autonomy.

Economically, Valnoria is diversified. Agriculture—particularly grains, wine, and orchards—remains important, complemented by mining for iron and copper and a growing services sector that includes finance and tourism.
