Vaikealta
Vaikealta is a form of the Finnish adjective vaikea used in constructions that describe perceived difficulty. It is encountered when the adjective is inflected to match the case of the noun in the clause or used in predicative phrases after verbs such as näyttää (to seem), vaikuttaa (to appear), and tuntua (to feel). In Finnish, adjectives agree with the noun they modify in case; thus, in phrases describing the state of something that is in a particular case, the adjective takes the corresponding ending, producing forms such as vaikealla, vaikealta, vaikeasta, etc. Vaikealta commonly translates roughly as "difficult" or "difficult-looking" depending on context.
- Tämä tehtävä vaikuttaa vaikealta.

Grammatical note: The form arises from Finnish adjective inflection; it does not change meaning dramatically, but
