Ushant

Ushant, known in French as Île d'Ouessant, is the westernmost inhabited island of Brittany and of metropolitan France. It lies in the Iroise Sea, off the coast of Finistère, near the western entrance to the English Channel. The island is a commune in the Finistère department of the Brittany region. It lies within the Parc naturel marin d'Iroise, a marine protected area.
