Urkindropypter

Urkindropypter is a genus of extinct insects belonging to the order Odonatoptera. Fossil remains of Urkindropypter have been found in European Upper Permian deposits, specifically in the German region of the Saar-Nahe Basin.

The classification of Urkindropypter within the Odonatoptera order is not universally agreed upon by paleontologists. Some studies group it as a synonym of the genus Aeschnosoma, while others consider it a distinct genus within the Aeschnosomatidae family.
