Umiarkow
Umiarkow is a small settlement located in the Masovian Voivodeship of east-central Poland. Administratively, it falls within the jurisdiction of Gmina Czerwin of Ostrołęka County. The village lies approximately 7 kilometres northwest of the gmina seat of Czerwin, 20 kilometres southeast of the county capital Ostrołęka, and about 101 kilometres north-east of Warsaw. The population is estimated at around 120 residents, making it one of the smaller communities in the region.
