Ulosottamatta
Ulosottamatta is a Finnish term used in legal and public discourse to describe a state in which enforcement of a court order or debt-collection action is not carried out or is suspended. The form combines "ulosottaminen" (enforcement of a judgment or distraint) with the suffix "-atta" indicating absence, effectively meaning "without enforcement."
Although widely used in journalism and commentary, it is not an official legal status or codified term
In practice, "ulosottamatta" appears in reports about debt cases, housing benefit disputes, or social welfare contexts
Ulosottamatta is discussed in Finnish legal commentary and some academic writing on enforcement law and debtor
