US 571 was a United States Numbered Highway that ran through the state of New York. The highway's designation was established in 1926 and it was decommissioned in 1938. The route originally began at the Pennsylvania state line near Elmira and traveled north, terminating at US 11 in Whitney Point. Its length was approximately 47 miles.
