UH1H

The UH-1H Iroquois, commonly known as the "Huey," is a versatile utility helicopter developed by Bell Helicopter. It is a variant of the UH-1 Iroquois family, which first flew in 1956. The UH-1H variant specifically entered service in the mid-1960s and became one of the most produced models in the series. Its distinctive sound and silhouette made it an iconic symbol of military aviation, particularly during the Vietnam War.

The UH-1H was designed for a wide range of missions, including troop transport, medical evacuation, cargo sling loading, search and rescue, and armed reconnaissance. It typically features a two-bladed rotor system and a single turboshaft engine. Its robust construction and relatively simple design contributed to its widespread adoption by numerous armed forces around the globe.
