Türetil

Türetil is a Turkish linguistic term that appears primarily as a verb stem related to the Turkish verb türetilmek, which is associated with the idea of being produced or derived. In contemporary Turkish, the most common verb meaning “to produce” is üretmek; türetil- forms are encountered mainly in more formal, stylistic, or analytical contexts and in linguistic descriptions rather than in everyday speech. The form türetil is not typically used as a stand-alone lexical item in modern Turkish; instead, derived or inflected forms such as türetilmiş (derived/produced) and türetilen (that which is derived) are standard.
