Työsuhdepyöräily, often translated as "company bike benefit" or "work bike scheme," is a Finnish employee benefit that allows individuals to lease a bicycle or electric bicycle through their employer. This arrangement typically involves a monthly deduction from the employee's gross salary, which in turn is usually tax-deductible, making it a cost-effective way for employees to acquire a new bicycle. Employers facilitate the process by partnering with specialized leasing companies.

The scheme aims to promote cycling as a mode of transportation for commuting and leisure, contributing to employee well-being and environmental sustainability. Employees can often choose from a wide range of bicycles and accessories, including electric bikes, and the leasing period is usually between one and three years.
