Työnantajavelvollisuudet

Työnantajavelvoite, often translated as employer obligation or employer duty, refers to the legal responsibilities that an employer has towards its employees in Finland. These obligations stem from various Finnish laws and collective agreements and are designed to ensure fair treatment, safe working conditions, and the protection of employee rights.

One of the core työnantajavelvoitteet is the obligation to provide work and pay.
