Turboback
Turboback, in automotive aftermarket terminology, refers to a type of exhaust modification that replaces the section of exhaust from the turbocharger outlet to the tailpipe. A turboback system typically includes the downpipe, any catalytic converter or test pipe, the mid-pipe, and the rear sections such as the resonator, muffler, and exhaust tip. This is distinct from a cat-back exhaust, which starts after the catalytic converter and does not include the downpipe.
