Tsitsipas

Stefanos Tsitsipas is a Greek professional tennis player. He reached a career-high ranking of World No. 3 in singles by the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP), which he first achieved on 7 March 2022. He is the first Greek player to reach any ranking in the top 10. Tsitsipas has won ten ATP Tour singles titles and reached his first Grand Slam final at the 2021 French Open, where he lost to Novak Djokovic in a five-set match.

Born on August 12, 1998, Tsitsipas began playing tennis at a young age. He turned professional in 2016. His breakthrough year came in 2018 when he reached the final of the Rogers Cup and was named the ATP Most Improved Player. He is known for his aggressive baseline game, powerful forehand, and ability to come to the net. Tsitsipas has also achieved success in doubles, winning two ATP Tour doubles titles. He is a prominent figure in contemporary men's tennis and a representative of Greece on the international stage.
