Trilliarde
Trilliarde is a number in the long scale numbering system, which is commonly used in many countries outside of North America. It is equal to one trillion (1,000,000,000,000) times one billion (1,000,000,000), or 1 followed by 21 zeros. In the short scale numbering system, which is used in North America, a trilliarde is not recognized as a standard term. The term "trilliarde" is derived from the Latin words "triliones" meaning "three thousand" and "milliard" meaning "billion". The number is often used in contexts where extremely large quantities need to be expressed, such as in economics, astronomy, or other fields dealing with vast quantities. For example, the national debt of a country or the total number of stars in a galaxy can be expressed using trilliarde.
