Tornio

Tornio is a town and municipality in Finland's Lapland region, located at the mouth of the Torne River on the Gulf of Bothnia, opposite the Swedish town of Haparanda. Together they form a binational urban area known as Tornio–Haparanda, linked by a border crossing and cooperating on regional development.
