If the business analysis is positive, the product moves into development, where a physical prototype is created and engineering and design specifications are finalized. This is followed by market testing, where the product and its marketing strategy are tested in a controlled environment to gauge consumer response and identify any necessary adjustments.

Finally, commercialization marks the full-scale launch of the product into the market. This phase involves finalizing production, implementing marketing and sales plans, and establishing distribution channels. Throughout the product development lifecycle, continuous evaluation and adaptation are crucial to ensure the product meets market needs and achieves its business objectives. Post-launch, ongoing monitoring and potential iteration or discontinuation are also considered parts of the broader product lifecycle.
