Toimintaleasing

Toimintaleasing, often referred to as operational leasing, is a form of financing and service agreement where a company leases an asset, typically a vehicle, for a fixed period. Unlike traditional finance leases, the leasing company retains ownership of the asset and is responsible for its maintenance, repairs, and sometimes insurance. The lessee pays a fixed monthly fee that covers the use of the asset, along with these associated services.

The primary benefit of toimintaleasing for businesses is that it frees them from the responsibilities and risks associated with asset ownership. This includes managing depreciation, unexpected repair costs, and the eventual disposal of the asset.
