Tilinpäätöslaskelmat
Tilinpäätöslaskelmat, often translated as financial statements, are a set of documents that present a company's financial performance and position over a specific period. In Finland, these are a mandatory requirement for most businesses, providing crucial information for stakeholders such as shareholders, creditors, and tax authorities. The primary tilinpäätöslaskelmat include the income statement, the balance sheet, and the cash flow statement.
The income statement, known as the tuloslaskelma, shows a company's revenues, expenses, and ultimately its profit
The cash flow statement, or rahoituslaskelma, tracks the movement of cash into and out of the company.
