Temppelikultti

Temppelikultti is a Finnish term used to describe the system of worship and religious practices centered on a temple. It denotes an organized cult that uses a temple as its main sanctuary and administrative center, including rites, offerings, priesthood, and festivals performed there for a deity or deities. The concept emphasizes the role of architectural space and ritual calendar in shaping religious life.
