Tempozision
Tempozision is a medication used to treat certain types of cancer. It is a combination of two drugs: temozolomide and bevacizumab. Temozolomide is an alkylating agent that works by interfering with DNA replication, leading to the death of cancer cells. Bevacizumab is a monoclonal antibody that targets vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), a protein that promotes the growth of new blood vessels. By inhibiting VEGF, bevacizumab can starve cancer cells of the oxygen and nutrients they need to grow.
