Telefonivõrk, often translated as telephone network, refers to the interconnected system of public and private telecommunication lines, circuits, and equipment that enables voice communication over distances. It encompasses the infrastructure that allows individuals and businesses to make and receive telephone calls. This network has evolved significantly from its early days of manual switchboards to the sophisticated digital systems of today.
