Teilo
Teilo, also known as Eliud or Eliotes, was a prominent Welsh saint and bishop in the 6th century. He is one of the most important figures in early Welsh Christianity. Sources suggest he was born in Pembrokeshire and received his education from Saint Dyfrig. Teilo is believed to have founded several monasteries, the most famous being Llandaf, where he served as bishop. Other foundations attributed to him include Penally Abbey and Caldey Island.
