T64
T-64 is primarily known as a Soviet and Russian main battle tank family. It was developed by Uralvagonzavod and entered service in the late 1960s as part of efforts to modernize armored forces in the Warsaw Pact. The T-64 was one of the first production tanks to deploy an autoloading mechanism for its main gun, a 125 mm smoothbore, which allowed a smaller crew and higher ammunition density.
Several variants followed, including the T-64A, which featured improved armor and fire-control equipment, and the T-64B
