Säugerembryonen
Säugerembryonen refers to the developing stage of mammals from fertilization until birth. This period is characterized by rapid cell division, differentiation, and the formation of specialized tissues and organs. The process begins with the fusion of a sperm and an egg to form a zygote, which then undergoes cleavage to form a blastocyst. The blastocyst implants in the uterine wall, initiating gastrulation where the three primary germ layers (ectoderm, mesoderm, and endoderm) are established. These germ layers subsequently give rise to all the body's structures.
During embryonic development, a protective environment is created, often including an amniotic sac filled with fluid
