Sähijahi

Sähijahi is a traditional Finnish folk dance. Its name translates roughly to "electric dance" or "lightning dance," hinting at its energetic and lively nature. While the exact origins are difficult to pinpoint, it is believed to have emerged in rural Finland in the late 19th or early 20th century, possibly influenced by evolving social dances of the era.

The dance is characterized by fast footwork, intricate steps, and often features lively turns and spins.
