Sykkeenkestävyys, often translated as cardiac endurance or cardiovascular endurance, refers to the ability of the heart, lungs, and blood vessels to deliver oxygen to working muscles during sustained physical activity. It is a key component of physical fitness and is crucial for performing aerobic exercises for extended periods.
