Sulaymaniyah

Sulaymaniyah, also spelled Slemani or Silêmaniyê, is a city in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. It is the capital of Sulaymaniyah Governorate and a major urban, cultural, and economic center in northeastern Iraq. It lies in the Zagros foothills and has a temperate highland climate.
