Subsonikus

Subsonikus refers to phenomena occurring at speeds below the speed of sound. In aerodynamics, this regime is characterized by airflow that does not create shock waves. Objects or vehicles traveling at subsonikus speeds move through the air without generating the characteristic sonic boom associated with supersonic flight. The behavior of air is generally smooth and predictable in this range, with compressibility effects becoming more significant as speeds approach the speed of sound, a condition known as transonic.

The speed of sound itself is not constant and varies depending on the medium through which sound waves travel, primarily influenced by temperature and density. For dry air at 20 degrees Celsius (68 degrees Fahrenheit) at sea level, the speed of sound is approximately 343 meters per second or 1,235 kilometers per hour. An object is considered to be traveling at subsonikus speeds if its velocity is less than this value. Most commercial aircraft operate within the subsonikus range, as do many other forms of transportation. Understanding subsonikus flow is crucial for the design of efficient and stable aircraft, projectiles, and other moving objects.
