Subnanosecond

Subnanosecond refers to a timescale or duration that is shorter than one nanosecond. A nanosecond is one billionth of a second (10^-9 seconds). Therefore, subnanosecond durations are extremely brief, measured in picoseconds (10^-12 seconds), femtoseconds (10^-15 seconds), or even attoseconds (10^-18 seconds).
