Statiella
Statiella is a genus of small, terrestrial snails belonging to the family Truncatellidae. These snails are characterized by their very small, coiled shells and their ability to live in both humid terrestrial environments and occasionally near brackish water. The shells are typically elongated and dextral, meaning they coil in a clockwise direction. Statiella snails are often found in leaf litter, under rocks, and in other damp microhabitats, particularly in coastal regions and islands.
