Soveltamisalusta

Examples: The EU General Data Protection Regulation has a broad soveltamisalusta, covering the processing of personal data of data subjects in the Union, regardless of the processor’s location. Finnish consumer protection rules often have soveltamisalusta that covers business-to-consumer transactions within Finland. In the field of environmental regulation, the soveltamisalusta might cover emissions from certain industries but exclude small-scale activities.
