Socialprofessional
Socialprofessional is a neologism that blends the words social and professional. There is no universally accepted definition, and it does not correspond to a formal credential. In current usage, it is often employed in two related senses. In one sense, a socialprofessional is a professional who deliberately foregrounds social considerations in their work—ethics, inclusion, equity, community impact, and stakeholder engagement. In this sense, a socialprofessional might work in fields such as corporate social responsibility, community development, user-centered design with social impact goals, or public service, where social goals intersect with professional duties.
