Sizetate, formally referred to as the Size Satisfaction Index, is a metric created to quantify how the physical dimensions of a product influence consumers’ perceived satisfaction and usability. The term emerged from a 2020 study conducted by a consortium of industrial designers and consumer behaviour researchers. It uses a scoring system that compares nominal size against user feedback on comfort, convenience, and perceived value, with higher scores indicating a stronger positive correlation between size and satisfaction.
