Sixx

Sixx usually refers to Nikki Sixx, an American musician and songwriter best known as the bassist of Mötley Crüe. Born Frank Carlton Serafino Feranna in 1958, he adopted "Sixx" as his stage surname and co-founded Mötley Crüe in 1981, contributing to the band's rise during the 1980s and beyond.

He also formed the rock project Sixx:A.M. in 2007, with James Michael and DJ Ashba. The group released concept albums, including The Heroin Diaries Soundtrack (2007), which accompanies his autobiographical book The Heroin Diaries, and This Is It (2010); their music blends hard rock with melodic elements.

Beyond performing, Sixx has written and produced music, published books, and participated in charitable ventures related to addiction recovery. The surname "Sixx" remains closely associated with his artistic career and the associated projects.
