Sisäemulsio

Sisäemulsio refers to an emulsion where the dispersed phase is liquid and the continuous phase is also liquid. This is in contrast to a solid-in-liquid or liquid-in-solid emulsion. In a sisäemulsio, one liquid is dispersed as tiny droplets within another immiscible liquid. For example, milk is a sisäemulsio where fat globules are dispersed in water.
